How can I know if the chair will really suit me for long workdays?

Each product page shows the available adjustments (seat height, backrest recline, headrest, armrests) as well as the dimensions.
By comparing these measurements with your height and your desk, you can check whether the chair fits your posture.

I work several hours a day from home, is the chair suitable for intensive use?

Our chairs are selected for daily use in an office or home office, with seat and backrest designed for long periods of sitting.
The materials, weight capacity and adjustments are designed for regular rather than occasional use.

How should I adjust the chair correctly once I receive it?

Each chair is delivered with instructions detailing the basic settings: seat height, recline, headrest, armrests.
We recommend taking a few minutes to adjust the height so that your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees are at a right angle, then adjust the backrest and lumbar support to the curve of your back.

What if I’m not comfortable after a few days?

If, after adjusting the chair correctly, you still do not feel comfortable, you can contact us within the return period indicated on the website.
We will explain the return or exchange process according to the applicable conditions.

Are the chairs delivered assembled?

The chairs are generally delivered for self‑assembly, in several parts.
An assembly kit and step‑by‑step instructions are provided, and the average assembly time is indicated on the product page.

What is the maximum load capacity of the chairs?

The maximum load capacity (in kg) is indicated for each model in the technical specifications.
We recommend choosing a chair whose stated capacity is higher than your weight in order to comply with the intended conditions of use.


DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

What are the delivery times and costs?

The delivery time is 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). All costs are included in the price of the chair.


What are the return conditions if the chair doesn’t suit me?

You have a withdrawal period specified in our Refund policy.
The chair must be returned in good condition, preferably in its original packaging, and any return fees are detailed on the “Refund policy” page.

What happens if my chair has a defect on delivery?

If you notice a defect or a missing part on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.
We review each case and will let you know the solution offered (repair, replacement part or another option as appropriate).
